What's your favorite hot dogs and how do you like them?

mine is kind of complex, Hebrew National hot dogs, dill relish, mayo (yes), cheese, mustard from Philippe the Original
Where I live, we have what’s called a Greek dog or hot dog with Greek sauce.
What's on it? Where's the tzatsziki sauce?
It is a very specific PA recipe in our little corner. Here is what goes into it.
1 pound ground beef
2 small onions, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
Choosing a favorite hot dog is like choosing a favorite adventure! Each one has a tale to tell. There's something heartwarming about a chili dog. The combination of the robust chili with a touch of mustard and chopped onions brings back memories of a street vendor in Chicago. The flavors were so layered and comforting. However, in the spirit of culinary exploration, I also hold a fondness for a classic Coney dog. The marriage of the tangy sauce with a snappy sausage resonates with the traditions of Detroit. 🌭✨

Kosher Hebrew national boiled with a potato bread bun, chili onions n mustard.
And since we're on that topic. DIJON, FRENCH & YELLOW mustard is NOT mustard!! They're lame posers with no taste for boring people.
Mustard is SPICY and FYI, there's an infinite variety beyond guldens. Try Kosciusko. You won't regret it.
I like all kinds of hot dogs, from plain bogs in a bun, to dogs in a bun covered with ketchup and mustard, to dogs in a bun smothered with chili and cheese.
Where I grew up, in addition to red Texas hots, we had white pork hots (not kielbasa), which have a unique flavor
Chili dogs. I'm not an American but you guys have so many different foods that vary from state to state, city to city.
All beef hotdogs and I like them on a buttered roll.
Really? Like a kaiser roll?
@DrPepper12 no, you just butter the roll before you toast it.
Interesting.
@DrPepper12 There was a chain restaurant (it is actually the granddaddy of chain restaurants) called Howard Johnsons that made hot dogs like that.
I remember HoJos!! A rarity here in NY unfortunately. What we need are Wegmans & waffle House up here
I prefer 'em simple most of the time.
I'd only load 'em up with cheese, mayo, ketchup, relish (and, occasionally, mushrooms).
Once in a while, I also add bacon.
I like my hotdog with ketchup, mustard, relish, pickles and red onions
I had a Chicago dog recently and I really liked it.

😳🚩🤢🤮
Spicy Italian sausage with ketchup, mustard, onion, and relish. Doesn't really get much better than that in terms of hot dogs for me
Turky tastes a bit less salty than real pig in blankets or beef or chicken that are too salty for me.
.
Bacon wrapped grilled onion/peppers one or chili with cheese/onions on top
Chicken sausages, sweet pickles, ketchup, mayonnaise and garlic powder.

Plain maybe ketchup depends on my mood
Gotta branch out. So many varieties of condiments

With tons of sauerkraut.
Cheese dogs.
