Which do you think is better: boneless or bone-in chicken?

If you slaughter and cook the chicken, then is boneless better.
If you buy chicken in grocery, I would prefer those with bones. In food industry boneless means 'mechanically separated meat' and no one wants to eat that when they see and smell it.
I have to go with the boneless. I mean if you've got a delicious piece with a nice crispy breading on it and an awesome sauce you want to pop the whole freaking thing in your mouth and not worry about the bones.
On the other hand, there is something caveman about eating chicken on the bones that is quite satisfying.
So maybe both at different times.
My personal preference is towards the moister dark meat so to find it 'boneless' is fairly rare ~ ;)
I love the boneless better. There's more meat and I can eat them right away with a fork, don't need to wait for them to cool down for too long before eating.
Choosing between boneless and bone-in chicken often depends on the intended dish and personal preferences. Bone-in chicken typically offers more flavor, as the bones and marrow enrich the meat during cooking. It's excellent for dishes like roasted chicken or soups. Boneless chicken, on the other hand, is versatile and cooks faster, making it ideal for stir-fries or quick sautés. Once, I savored a bone-in chicken cacciatore in a rustic Italian kitchen, where the rich flavor took the dish to a whole new level 🍗.

bone in. There isn’t some magically ‘extra meat’ after the bone is removed 😆 it’s just the bone isn’t there to work around.
I don't eat bones... and I would prefer a fuller bite
Bone in chicken feels more real, I personally prefer it when available. :)
you're not eating the bone one way or another. so might as well just leave it out alltogether.
Boneless. Know what goes GREAT with buffalo wings/strips?
