What’s your favorite vegetarian item from a fast food restaurant?

I don’t eat a lot of fast food. Years ago there was a place I would go to called Bruegger’s Bagels (my girlfriend at the time worked there), and they had a “Garden Veggie” sandwich I would get sometimes.

If I’m remembering it right, I think it was lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, green peppers, I want to say bean sprouts, I would ask for roasted red peppers to be added, and I’d get it on a sesame bagel with honey mustard. Solid sandwich, but I was probably paying a lot for not that much food, haha. But it was pretty refreshing on a summer day.

I like a lot of fast food salads. Wendy’s Apple Pecan salad, Chick-fil-a’s spicy southwest with their avocado ranch, and McDonald’s used to have a really good southwest salad as well but they got rid of it sadly

I have a few: At Burger-Fi: Their veggie burger (they make their own). Taco Bell: Black bean burrito, black bean crunchwrap, breakfast burritos. I can't think of anything else right now. So these will do.

The bun, pickles and lettuce on a bacon double cheeseburger fulfill the vegetarian portion of the food pyramid for me.

I don't eat at fast food, but my favorite nearby Thai restaurant has an extensive vegan menu. One of my friends is vegan. We go there and the food is actually really good.

Fast food sucks…but a beyond burger combo is really the only option I can see for vegetarian. Unless you count quesada, they absolutely suck but have decent veggie optiond

Actually, I personally believe that it is human nature to eat meat. I can't say I particularly feel sorry for weak animals that if I didn't eat them, another wild animal would. Domesticated animals have no chance of survival in the wild
