What is your favorite vegetarian meal?

My favorite is Thai panang curry over rice. I order it with vegetables, no meat or tofu.
Something that I have every once in a while is a baked potato with butter, salt, pepper, chives, sour cream and shredded Cheddar cheese.

So good !
I almost talked about fish and then I remembered that there are 2 teams in vegetarianism lol, those accepting sea food and those not
Lol I'm Pescatarian but I lean more towards vegetarian 😅
I love seafood
Hmm probably a spicy tofu ramen… a spicy vegetarian curry dish… or a good garlic pesto pasta.
Potatoes probably. Carrots are next on the list.
My favorite vegetarian meal is a rich mushroom risotto 🍄.
The first time I had a truly perfect one was in a tiny trattoria in Bologna. The arborio rice was slow-cooked in vegetable stock, finished with white wine, thyme, butter, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. The mushrooms added this deep, earthy flavor that felt almost meaty. Simple, comforting, and incredibly satisfying.

Creamed spinach.
Definitely, creamed spinach.
I can't have spinach any more because of medical reasons.
I guess I lust for that which is denied to me.
Cheers!
Lol the gif had me chuckling. Iunno. I'm not a vegetarian, but I do like salads. If salads count, then I love a kale, grape tomato, and cucumber salad with a balsamic or lemon vinaigrette dressing.
I don't think it's a vegetarian meal (because I usually have it with other stuff that's not "vegetarian" lmao) but... roasted veggies are a thing I do like and enjoy a lot
Tofu, edamame, and carrot dumplings. They are hard to make at home because the ingredients are so heavy, you need a special type of edible dumpling wrapper to make it.
Savory pan-seared New York strip steak seasoned with salt and pepper cooked medium and finished with garlic herb butter. Cows are vegetarians. Nothing like cooking a good vegetarian for dinner.
Lasgna is proably the only vegetarian dish I eat. I eat vegetables but almost always there is meat on plate.
One of those tear your throat out chilli-tofu dishes. Szechuan especially. But there are many different cultural offerings.
I don't mind a good dahl from time to time.
Spicy Lasagne With Ricotta and Spinach.
Yessssss!!!
Spaghetti with tomatoes and mozzarella and fresh herbs.
It's not vegetarian but vegan and it's tofu scramble.
There is a restaurant here where I live and it has such a yummy one. I need their secret. lol

Chicken and broccoli but sub chicken for rice
Tortilla espanola with white rice and black beans on the side.
Party Potatoes... yummy aka Funeral Potatoes... I make them for vegan potlucks.
I have several... mushroom risotto, spaghetti alla ortolana, pizza quatro formaggi, and many others.
Mediterranean.. chick peas, feta, cucumbers, tomatoes,
Nothing? I’d rather just eat vegetables on the side with my steak a little mix and match instead of just vegetables alone
Stir fry with vegatables and tofu and just the right amount of spices
I rarely eat vegetarian. When I do, its typically food from an Indian restaurant (e. g. lentil/rice crepe wrapped around cheese, vegetables, and potatoes).
I really like Trader Joes 's Pad See Ew, but I usually don't eat it just on its own. I'll eat something else with meat/fish with it.
Correction: ... meat/fish in it
There seems to be a mistake, you've brought me the food that my food eats. "Ron swanson"
