Is it possible to eat at McDonalds without ruining your health, it is a children's restaurant after all?

For around ten years or so, I would use McDonalds as a festive treat house.

Would go there for peppermint lattes in the winter, would go there for caesar salads and entertainment while I am studying for my exams, would go there for chicken nuggets when I was bored of unflavoured meat on my keto diet, would socialize there with others if my friends were too busy to meet up for events, would go there for a holiday donut when I did not want to spend an hour travelling to eateries that had better and more expensive food.

I also used it as a mood booster during months of monotony by buying a breakfast there that contained tomatoes and greens and sesame seeds, the perfect mood boosting combination for a lower price than other places like Coras etc...

Is it possible to eat at McDonalds without ruining your health, it is a children's restaurant after all?
