I'm very into nutrition, however I have little time and always like new inspiration:)
My go-to's are random combinations of oven veggies, steamed veggies, fried tofu/tempeh/eggs/beans, self-made sourdough bread (with virgin olive oil and a bunch of raw veggies, hummus and seeds uggg), as well as self-made Kefir (with different kinds of fruits, nuts and spices, also uugggghhh). And banana-pancakes.
But whilst my ingredients pretty much fill my micro- and macro-needs, I feel I could create some more actual dishes with them ya know. You got any ideas? I do eat animal products but sparingly, so gimme pls.
