Hard to pick just one-
Tofu due it's versatility. You can use it in place of a staple food or a meat ingredient in most dishes while not having to deal with the heal issues of that ingredient.
A vegetable stir fry is boring. A vegetable stir fry with deep fried tofu and a hefty dose of fermented bean curd will turn be quite spectacular.
Beef stew with potatoes is great except the hefty dose of carb. Change that potatoes to tofu and it's not that bad of a choice.
Salads. Broccoli. Cucumber. Coca-Cola. Greek yogurt. Eggs. Coffee. Green beans. Asparagus.
Apples. Bananas. Pineapple.
Coca-cola and coffee, huh?

I eat Eggs for Breakfast and a Salad for Dinner everyday. My Eggs are Over Easy with Cracked Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Turmeric, Italian Parsley, Green Onions and Mozzarella Cheese. My Salad has different Meats with Spring Mix, Italian Parsley, Green Onions, Flaxseed, Cracked Pepper, Fermented Beets and Avocado. I use Hummus and Apple Cider Vinegar as my Dressing. I always have a low sugar Dessert with Yogurt.
I’m definitely going to hafta try the hummus and vinegar dressing! Do you make that yourself or do you buy it?
I use my fork and put two scoops of store bought hummus on the Salad. Then I put two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar on it. The Apple Cider Vinegar makes the Hummus spreadable as I toss my Salad!

I'm happy to eat most veg but I do have a sweet tooth so it'll have to be fruit
Raw fresh fruits ain't bad at all.
Edamame, Baked salmon, Mango, Bananas, Strawberries, Oranges, Pomegranates, Frozen Cherries, Watermelons, Grapes, most fruits, Roasted Veggies.
Broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, carrots, asparagus...
Roasting (and lightly oiling and seasoning) makes them crispy and delicious vs. mushy and flavorless when you steam them.
Also, Quinoa, kale, carrots, spinach, oats, celery, escarole, bok choy, tomatoes, garlic, turnips, beans, mushrooms, lentils, beets, asparagus, cauliflower, avocados etc. and whatever else I'm forgetting
I liked making mini ants/bugs on a log. Others would have to be cheese & crackers, fruit, and dark chocolate (yes, I know dark chocolate still has sugar but it's tasty).
“Ants on a log” = celery with enough peanut butter to stick raisins to for a delightful snack?

I sometimes would use the chocolate covered raisins. I do wonder how the golden raisins would taste on it. I haven't been the best to my body so I might make myself peanut butter cracker sandwiches later (I haven't eaten pb in a few days since those bananas haven't ripened yet).
Golden raisins are delightful! I actually prefer them for their moistness and chewiness.
A good salad is my go to. Chicken and brown rice is a decent meal as well.

I often snack on fresh fruits and veggies. I’ll murder a snack tray at a party by myself! Ell oh ell!
I started dabbling in steamed veggies and stir fry, but it’s missing something.
Brocolli. I know a lot of people hate it but i love brocolli, boiled or stir fried with a bit of salt.
I luv steamed broccoli with just a hint of salt! Raw, i require some kinda dip, usually cheese or ranch. I recently discovered hummus as a veggie dip. It’s SO good!
Roasted, depends on the dish and accoutrements.
A nice juicy steak with buttered mash and fresh root vegetables.

I am in agreement wholly! These are some of my favorite fruits and veggies!
For real. I eat bananas, cukes, celery and carrots weekly. Watermelon is my favorite, but i eat it mostly seasonally.
I like green peas. It’s my favourite vegetable.

Salad. I also like watermelon. It acts like a natural dieretic.

Together? I feel like avocado is mutable enough to go with anything.
I can't just pick one! I love fenugreek leaves, Spinach, Paneer (cottage cheese), Chicken, Soyabean, Pineapple, Mango and some dry fruits.
Oats. That's what I'm eating now days. I got braces in the lower set of teeth so I can't eat anything but various types of oats.

Avocados with salt.
I like avocados, but not salt.
I like raw veggies, like red pepper or broccoli and ranch. I make ranch dressing using plain Greek yogurt (for the protein) and a packet of ranch seasoning.
Beets
How do you like beets prepared? I’ve only had them stewed.
I usually just boil them

I try really hard to enjoy fruits over refined sugars.
