well , I love to answer health question ...my fav alternative to my fav junk food (cookies and dark chocolate cream biscuits like oreo dipped in milk) is sugarfree oatmeal cookies made by myself its healthy and delicious I usually dip them hot milk sometimes ...btw this is also action legend sylvester stallones fav alternative to avoid junk food

My own home made chicken or turkey curry, with plenty veg thrown in. Make a big pot, and take it to work for my buddies as well. They seem to like it, so it must be ok!

Options hot chocolate for when I crave chocolate. It's 40 calories.

Yogurt (just got a yogurt maker, so can make different flavours)

Jelly which has 3-8 calories in it,

Air popped popcorn. It has a natural sweetness. You can add cinnamon though.

If you really crave junk food, you can make your own version. For example, make your own pizza.. It will be healthier.

Pita Pizza ( very simple and easy to make and quite delicious)

take off the end of the spinach, put it on a pan and put som eolive oil on it and sprinkle some spices. Leave it in the oven for a few mins

Raw oranges.

They're a perfect replacement to soft drinks.

I don't really consume any other kinds of junk food.. maybe except marzipan occasionally but I have no alternative for it, it's too awesome for that!
