I know that french fries are most ppl's weaknesses when it comes to fast food.
For me, my #1 fast food "craving" is cheeseburgers. #2 is pizza. :)
I do augment them the best I can when I do eat them:
1)
I get xtra tomato (love them and they're so good for you), xtra onion (I always carry mints lol), and xtra lettuce on my burgers. I'll pay the negligible $.10-$.25 for added veggies; it's worth it.
As bad as it sounds, I leave the "special sauce" or "1000 island" on the burger. I don't like mayo that much so I substitute the above for it (for pure taste purposes).
2)
If the pizza's just for me, I usually get a lot of veggies (bells are my favorite; delicious), and either ham, chicken or philly steak (from Domino's; atypical yet delicious). Frankly it's the rest of the family that likes pepperoni & sausage.
I usually want xtra cheese on my pizza, so I try to "balance" the sat. fat by keeping the toppings as lean as possible.
***)
Im not an annoying health nut, but I am VERY aware about what goes into my body. I want to feel good, look good, and live life to the fullest...
...and that includes splurging on food once in awhile. :)

The only fast food place I have a hard time turning down is either Burger King or Qdoba. But because I have to go pretty far out of my way on the way to or from work to get to one, it's not too much trouble. However, during the winter when I commute by bus (since I have a motorcycle, not a car), I have to transfer buses downtown. And the exact stop I have to get off at is right in front of a Qdoba. So I've been known to give into temptation on bus days =P
I have a nut butter addiction where I eat most of the jar. If I choose to do so I don't eat anything but the nut butter jar and also I don't finish the last 2 servings of the jar. I did this for a whole month once and I didn't gain weight. I know it isn't healthy but that is what I was doing.
I gave up pop corn at the movies, breakfast cereals - no matter how healthy the box looks there is always too much sugar and no I am not talking about children's cereal.
Well I stopped drinking pop years ago because it is high in calories. I only have it on rare occasions. I have also given up hamburgers and icecream! I love those both so much, expecially cheeseburgers! However, you can make hamburgers at home for cheap and they are much healthier! I love making chicken burgers and hamburgers from scratch, and grilling them :)
So I found a healthier way to have them, but I avoid them in fast food situations :)
Aw that's great! Just remember to reward yourself every once and a while. I am trying to eat healthier too... I started off by eating one bad thing a day... then one bad thing every 3 days and then once a week, once a month etc. it worked a lot better. I stopped eating pandasia. I love chinese food, I feel your pain!

For me it's the real tastey but equally nasty stuff:
1. Long John Selvers' Fish and Chips
2. Hardies or Carl Jr.'s Thick burgers
3. Bojangles' Chicken and Buiskets
I used to enjoy toco bell when I was a grade school kid but thank goodness that it became so revolting that I wanted to vomit later in life. Now I only allow myself to eat subrine sanwiches and Asian take outs that are not fried when I want fast food.I don't eat fast food. The most "fast food" you could consider are places like delis I guess. Even then their food is quite a bit more healthier than the "fast food" ones. They aren't a restaurant, but they aren't what I'd call Fast Food either. But even then I only might have one of those a week. Like a small sub from a sub shop.
1. Tommy's Double Chili Cheese Burger with Chili Fries
2. Burger King's Double Whopper Large with ICEE
3. Panda Express's Orange Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Chow Mien.
4. KFC's extra crispy chicken with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and biscuits.
5. Taco Bell's Chalupas with a side of Cheesy Nachos and Crispy potato soft tacos.Which ones have I STOPPED eating? None of them :)
I'm on a high protein and high diet to gain mass, so it's nice. I still don't splurge on fast food because grocery store food that I can make at home is good for a lot of calories and protein. But I don't have to worry about eating fast food. It doesn't stick to me anyway :/last year there was a time where id eat in and out several times a week at around midnight (id eat dinner at around 530pm but I needed another meal to sleep). but I haven't really eaten it much lately
the only fast food ill have is chinese food (less than three times a year) and subway whenever I want because I go for the healthiest choices there and its not greasy.
well I don't eat any, but it's not because of the calories...its because they are toxic for your body.
Cheesy fiesta potatoes from taco bell, hot and spicy from McDonalds, raising canes, and popeyes drive through :)
Pizza, Chocolate Chip cookies, and french fries. *facepalm*
McChicken Burgers are my week point, even though I do eat pretty healthy.
Pizza, just pizza. So... Much... Pizza... <3
Great. =/ Now I'm drooling. =PI don't eat fast food a lot, just occasionally. But what I really love; Ice cream! I work in an icecream shop so it's so hard !
I don't eat fast food anymore. When I'm home for the weekend from college and visiting my mom, we'll go out to eat but I make healthier choices.
Tim Hortons, and I eat mcdonalds after the bar every once in a while. I'm not worried about calories.
I have a different problem...it's called chocolate!
It's probably those damn quesadillas from taco bell, so good!
Taco Bell and Subway. Subway is probably better than most of the stuff I eat at home though.
I used to get in and out like twice a month. I rarely eat out. Maybe just when I'm traveling.
My favorite fast food is In N Out...but I haven't stopped eating it and probably never will lol.
I'm not over weight but I don't eat fast food anyway I think its just gross and drity
