I have seen a lot of nutrition-topic videos where people share their overall balanced and nutritious meals for the day, then their snack or dessert food item “for the soul”, meaning not necessarily as nutritious or healthy but still important for balanced and healthy food behavior.
What are your staple “for the soul” foods? I’m going with fro-yo. I don’t have it too often, but if given the opportunity you bet I’m having some!
My “for the soul” food is something you'll have never heard of, Cumberland Tatie Pot with pickled Red Cabbage.
