I love a good sandwich! So share your favourite filling with me as I am looking for new sandwich filling ideas.

A real Italian: *Prosciutto or Sopressata, Capicola, a bit of aioli or really top shelf EVOO, some roasted red pepper, fresh Asiago cheese, either arugula or lettuce greens for crunch. Sprinkle with fresh basil or oregano and a dash of EVOO if you used aioli. Serve on Italian bread or Ciabatta or Focaccia.

BBQ pulled pork with BBQ sauce, topped with cole slaw makes a great sandwich.
Bacon and peanut butter on toast. Yum!
Philly cheese steak sandwich.
Reuben sandwich with pastrami, Swiss cheese, 1000 island dressing on rye bread (hold the sauerkraut).
Pastrami sandwich with Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard.
A hamburger with a pineapple slice, lettuce, Swiss cheese, onion tanglers and BBQ sauce.
Breaded and fried cod with lettuce and tartar sauce on a grilled bun.
A burger with cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce and onion rings with BBQ sauce.
Cajun shrimp sandwich.

I've tried to find a super funny Jack in the Box commercial, but I couldn't find it. They brought in a control group (if that's what you call it) to give their opinions about a potential burger. It was triple patty and triple cheese. All of the guys wondered why there needed to be a bun. What's up with that bun thing? "Buns are not meat nor cheese!"

As for me I’m adventurous when it comes to sandwiches & I like a sandwich is fully loaded & there is so much meat you have to take half the sandwich home. I like everything from club sandwiches to BLT’s to chicken cutlet sandwiches & more.

I love a hood hot ssndwhivh stacked high eith hot corned beef or pastrami on good caraway rye bread. With some mustard and refrigerator kosher dills on the side. Corned beef and psstramisrd both made using the same brine and ghe same bridket flat cut of beef. The only difference ix pastrami is costed with black pepper and smoked otherwise they're exactly the same I mske both of them myself at home.
