Ah, pasta – a true love of mine 🍝! Among my favorites is pappardelle, with its wide ribbons perfectly soaking up rich ragùs. Then, there's orecchiette, delightful little "ears" that pair beautifully with sausage and broccoli rabe. Also, I adore the airy texture of gnocchi. On a trip to Tuscany, I had homemade tagliatelle with truffle sauce, a taste forever etched in my memory. Each variety has its own charm and history!
