No. I fed exotic birds with Christmas leftovers. Ostriches loved duck liver pastries and capercaillies liked roasted cod with thick tomato sauce. Birds generally like any kind of meat and cheese but avoid bread, fries or potatoes.

It usually is. I meal prep throughout the weeks so almost everything is always leftover in some capacity.

Yet another one of our many family traditions is what leftovers we have gets split up, and each family member takes some of it home for themselves... A simple system that works extremely well for us.
