I'm not that much a fan of chocolate...

but when I do have it... I get "artisan" chocolate that doesn't really have a brand, but you can find it in the markets down here and it comes from all those spots in the South of Mexico, which is where cacao comes from...

but to name some brands... I do like the chocolate bits in Cookies & Cream ice cream which, more often than not... it is Oreo chocolate, I believe, so... on the darker side, I guess

The darker the chocolate the better. I don't know if I have a brand that comes to mind. I don't eat it frequently. But I know I like 75% dark chocolate. Hint of sweetness but not like milk chocolate which is garbage chocolate in my opinion lol

Maybe but you probably eat more m&ms too. I haven't bought a bar of chocolate in months. If I do I buy 1 100g bar eat it and then I won't eat any sweets for a bit. But if I had 50 pounds of chocolate at home I might start eating it more often. At least for me it's easier to just only buy stuff I'm gonna eat soon and if I need more I'll go to the store. That way I also don't have to keep track of when things are going bad cause that's annoying. Maybe your brain works differently I don't know :)
