That depends on the pizza. Only a couple times in my life have I had to resort to "the uninvited" , due to the pizza being a ridiculous deep dish but it was great. I have never disgraced the sanctity of a pizza slice with "the chronic".

Pinch. I would only use fork and knife in a 'fancy' restaurant, but in a fast food place, pinch as I would at home.

Pizza must be the only round food that comes in a square box and is cut into triangles. It was also the go-to example to explain basic maths to kids, so they can grasp the notion of 1/2, 3/8 etc.

It really depends on the pizza, crust in particular.

Most of the pizzas we get have a firm crust, so I use The Underdog.

There is one local pizza we occasionally get that has a thin oily crust, and gets The New York Wannabe, occasionally The Uninvited.

Where I usually get pizza, the slices are so huge and loaded with toppings, I'd lose the toppings as soon as I tried to "flop" it and the crust is so thick, you CAN'T do any of the others so, it HAS to be knife & fork!!

Some pizzas - such as the slabs we get at Costco- need to be folded or cut. Several of the places near our house have those "one bite square slices" that don't need subdivision because you CAN eat them in one bite. So, it depends on the type of pizza and the place/company/store that actually sells them.
