That's a really tough one.
I love fresh Maine lobster, but only have that when I'm visiting New England. (I live in California).

When I lived in the Los Angeles area, there was one authentic Korean restaurant. Their dwaejibulgogi (very thinly sliced, marinated, spicy pork that you cooked on a grill that was built into the table) a was amazing. Their spicy seafood soup was also to die for.

I love BBQ baby back ribs accompanied with BBQ baked beans, cole slaw and fries.

There was a place called Killer Shrimp. They only had one item on their menu. When my wife and I moved, a friend gave me the recipe. So my wife makes it on special occasions. It is medium-size shrimp in the shell in a bowl of a decadent broth, accompanied by a basked of baguette slices. You pick the shrimp out to peal and eat them with your fingers. You dip the baguette slices in the broth.

Something we have regularly that I love is Cincinnati Skyline Chili. My wife is from Cincinnati and I got hooked on it there.
It's basically a meat sauce that is served over spaghetti. It doesn't resemble chili at all. The guy who invented it was Greek.
We buy it in cans and eat it just like they do in Cincinnati. They give you the option of putting chopped onions and/or kidney beans on top and then covering it with heaps of shredded Cheddar cheese. That's the way I like it. My wife leaves the onions and beans off of hers.

I like making pasta, I add onion, garlic, butter sour cream, black pepper and some other pepper of my preferred choice which changes from time to time, the sour cream gives it a creamy texture that's very good with the rest of the ingredients, it turns similar to a form of Alfredo

Maybe I’d go with kind of a BBQ/soul food thing, with brisket burnt ends, with mac n cheese, collard greens, and yams. That’s a solid Death Row last meal right there, haha

Linguine alle vongole at Lo Scolio on the Amalfi coast. A close second is spaghetti alla Nerano - also at Lo Scolio. It’s a wonderful seaside restaurant.
