i shop at the dollar store. they already gouged us a quarter a few years back. it's not a healthy way of eating but i do it to keep the canned goods stocked. i've seen the meat prices go up quite a bit. i can still get a whole chicken for $5 so that's nice. vegetables have gone up to the point i'll go pick them myself for a small discount.
