What's the best American pizza?

I don't know much about the states, I wasn't even sure if you guys had pizza but thankfully google came to the rescue. So which of these all time American classics is the best? And yes these are real.

There are more kinds of pizza here than anywhere, we eat more pizza than anybody because we're fat Americans you know. Every race and culture and national origin owns a pizza place in America, and they all have their own little twist on it. It's a good business to start if you're not an idiot and like to work hard. On the East Coast there's a lot of Italian Americans making really good American style pizza. There are some real Italians spread throughout the country who make a Italian style pizza, too. Then you have stuff like Thai curry pizza, Indian chicken Tikka pizza, barbeque chicken pizza, Mexican pizza, chicken bacon with ranch sauce, Detroit and Chicago deep dish, New York style, New Haven style, California style, the list never stops. There are multiple YouTubers here who just spend a few years of their life driving around the country reviewing pizza places.

Anyway, I have a date with The Cheesy Trump. Imagine a golden, greasy pie, oozing with cheese, a metaphor for my excessive American wealth and self-importance. I was going to select free gun pizza but that must be a small pizza as I want a full size frame gun. Perhaps it’s a medium as it has an extended magazine though. So I selected the hotdog pizza which is something I might get if at a baseball game. It looks good but never heard of it. Mmmmm, hotdog pizza.

Not mentioned, St. Louis style, with thin crust and provel cheese being a must, and of course, toppings as desired.
I'm a pepperoni and strip bacon guy in most cases, but a deluxe can be wonderful at times.
As long as it's a St. Louis style pizza, it'll be great.
We have our famous large franchises, but as long as the thin crust and provel cheese requirements are adhered to, it should be great pizza.
