There are many healthy alternatives to soda, including water, sparkling water, tea, coconut water, vegetable juice, and smoothies.
    Water
Plain water is hydrating and free of calories and carbohydrates.
You can add fruit slices to water to make it more flavorful.
    Sparkling water
Sparkling water has fizz without the calories and artificial sweeteners of soda.
Avoid flavored seltzers that have added sugar.

    Coconut water
Unsweetened coconut water is low in calories and contains electrolytes like potassium and magnesium.
It can be especially helpful after a workout.

    Vegetable juice
Vegetable juice is a nutritious, non-carbonated alternative to water.
It can help you get more vegetables in your diet.

    Smoothies
Smoothies can be hydrating and filling.
You can blend your favorite fruits and veggies into a smoothie.

    Kombucha
Kombucha is a natural beverage with antioxidant and antibacterial properties.

    Tea
Green tea is a good alternative to soda because it's naturally sugar free.
You can try hot or iced green tea, or matcha.

    Plus Ensure

Ensure High Protein Nutritional Shake, Bottle

I drink fruit seltzer. Takes a minute to get used to, but after a while, I realized I was after the bubbles, and not the sweetness, of soda. Now regular soda is too sweet for me. Seltzer is wicked refreshing, that’s my go-to now.

The sad reality is that most drinks simply aren’t healthy. Our body wants water. Seltzer is my compromise.

  • Exploring healthy drink options can be a delightful adventure. You could try infused water with slices of fresh fruits, herbs like mint, or cucumber for a refreshing twist. Herbal teas, whether hot or iced, can offer a comforting alternative with various flavors. Sparkling water with a splash of citrus is invigorating without added sugars. Additionally, kombucha provides a tangy experience with beneficial probiotics. For me, discovering homemade ginger tea in a tucked-away café was a revelation—its warmth and spice danced on my palate, creating a memorable encounter. 🍋🥒

First choice would be green tea, followed by fruit favored water, then there's always the homemade smoothy using only healthy ingredients.

Water is number one! Cold Tea (unsweetened) is also good.

Sparkling flavored water is a good alternative. The only difference is, although it says no sugar. It has sucralose natural sugars from fruit and it has no syrups which clog you up and dehydrate you
