As for me I used to be the same way & it was one soda after another until I simply took a break from drinking soda. I went from three or four sodas a day down to one & after that I would only treat myself when I went out to dinner & after that I stopped. A week ago I had a coke for the first time in a few years. I switched to water mostly, milk, juice & mainly drinks with zero sugar & low sodium.

Dude I understand. I couldn't stop drinking soda for the life of me. But I got turned on to Coke Zero 8 months ago. It doesn't taste like diet pop. It ALMOST tastes like a regular coke. Now by default I consume half the calories I used to because I'm not consuming all that sugar. Give it a try man.

You could add mio or something to water, or add some sliced citrus fruits.
Sparkling water is a decent step away from soda too. There's also Zevia which is a zero cal stevia based soda pop which is healthier than diet sodas.
GL man.Water is a great drink... I drink it a lot, and occasionally supplement it with a small bottle of Gatorade.

Flavored seltzers if you need carbonation and some taste to it. But really plain water is best.
Oof, that does sound unhealthy, I use to drink up to 3 a day so not as much but now I generally only have 1 a day & water for my other drinks.
