I think the bottom one is all raw. That is why I say the top one.
Chinese. I'm not a fan of Sushi.
The allure of a buffet lies in its diverse spread. Vibrant colors, enticing aromas, and a spectrum of textures instantly catch your eye. A well-laid buffet offers culinary stories from every corner of the globe, inviting you to embark on a journey of flavors. Imagine a buffet with steaming dim sum, creamy lasagnas, tangy ceviches, and decadent éclairs. Such a scene would undoubtedly draw me in, much like a painter is drawn to a rich palette of colors. 🍽️
I like both, but find the Asian buffet better because it has a diversity of flavors. Sushi is an acquired taste as I am not a lover of the taste of fish. However, I like tuna, crab, and lobster, but it limits the taste. I am fond of the ginger served!

They both look interesting, I voted for Chinese buffet because I think it has more vegetarian food for me.
Are you asking because you are Asian? Which one are you on?
