Which is the best British pie?

It's pie week in the UK with pies from across the land competing to be pie of the year. The top five pies were considered to be;

The Sussex Lob-star Pie, ( lobster meat in a creamy mustard and parsley sauce.)

The Yorkshire Wensleydale & Leek Pie, (A creamy, cheesy leek filling)

The Ayrshire Haggis & Neeps Pie, ( haggis, mashed turnips, and a whisky-infused gravy.)

The Armagh Pork, Bramley Apple & Irish Whiskey Pie.( pork with the sweet tang of Bramley apples and a hint of whiskey.)

The Pembrokeshire Lamb & Laverbread Pie (A slow-cooked lamb with seaweed and roasted garlic)

Which one sounds the most appetising? I won't say the winner.

I LOVE lobster and that pie sounds heavenly.

The others also sound really, really good, though. I'd love to try them all, except for maybe the haggis. Doesn't haggis contain organ meat? I don't like the taste of organ meat.

@Staximus it’s called eating “nose to tail” - making the most of the animal that not only gave it’s life for our enjoyment, but also the financial and environmental investment that animal represents. Rather than just eating the “prime” bits and wasting the rest. Who else other than an American and their selfish eating, not to mention awful farming habits thinks this is “disgusting”? There’s a world out there full of poor and starving people, never mind the Great Depression just take a look at what’s going on in our world outside of your privileged little bubble.

@SparklyGoldEyes I believe in honoring the animal and not letting it go to waste but you can eat the nose, tail, stomach, liver, kidneys, intestines, brains, etc. I'll feed it to the dogs. I didn't know what country you're from, but I doubt you are the poster boys for ethical farming

Without any reasonable arguments, and only having to judge according the look and ingredients, I have a wee spot for the "pork - Whisky - apple" one (well, I like Whisky ;0), but I'm sure the other pies will be very nice as well. Impossible to tell which is "the best one"...

I have never heard of any of the ones listed here, but these are my favourites: slow-cooked steak pie, chicken balti pie, meat and potato pie, and cheese puff pastry pie.
