What island are we talking about? A deserted or uninhabited one? A rocky islet? Is it in a temperate zone? Tropical? Svalbard?

We need more context

We can live comfortably without eating anyone on a tropical island, as long as there’s water. Even if fresh water wasn't available, I could make some with the right kit (water still, desalinator, big plastic bag for transpiration). Water is way more important than food in a survival situation.

Also, there's gotta be some fruit or palm trees, plants, animals in the island or fish in the water for all of us to survive. You can easily collect mollusks, crabs, and seaweed. Coconuts and hearts of palm are delicious fresh off the tree.
