What's your favorite fruit to eat?

Melon was the first to come to mind but its not my favorite.
My favorite are cherries, there is a once in a lifetime kind of cherry I once had and it was so insanely good it was better than any candy I ever had. It had been abnormally sunny that season and it was fresh of the farm so plucked late into the riping process.

Imagine you buy a supermarket cherry bucket. Some may be a bit sour, some are very sweet. Take the best tasting one in your mind, that one is average for me. Imagine the best tasting one of that kind of bucket. That was average in that one season. Was absolutely phenomenal.

But usually I am not that lucky so it ends with the average being the best tasting one from the super market bucket. Still delicious and one of the only fruits I actively ask for as I am not a big fruit person.
