When I was a kid, St. Patrick's Day always meant corned beef and cabbage, neither of which I like. I suspect that my folks will be having that tomorrow.

Potato pancakes are much more my style. Having said that, I believe they are more German or Czech than Irish in origin. Not that origin dictates popularity...
