Wings and thighs obviously, they're juicy and tender and have their own flavour. Chicken breasts are usually dry and needs a lot of chewing. However if a good cook manages to make it tender and flavourful, I will devour that.

Depends on the recipe I'm using it in.

For some recipes, thighs are have more flavor - Fajitas for instance

For other recipes, breasts cook better - Chicken Parm for instance

Depends on the cook. Rotisserie, definitely breasts to get as big of a mouthful as possible with each bite. Fried, definitely thighs with skin. That crispy skin is just mmm mmm mmm.
