I don't keep myself to a restrictive diet... rather a balanced one so... there is no cheating
I just indulge from time to time, lol.. and still keep it moderate

Currently tofu and steamed veggies in a masaman curry. No more than 5 minutes to cut veggies and put in the steam oven. 5 minutes to make the curry if there is not enough left over.
The remaining 20 minutes can be spent on GAG.
