Ooo yes, finally a question I’m experienced in!
So in preparation for cheat days/meals, I eat really well. Every time I have a craving that week, instead of eating it, I write it down in my notes to save it for later. Then I go through the list and pick a few items. Since I enjoy pretty much every type of food, I rarely have the same cheat meal twice unless it’s something that I REALLY love like Buffalo wings and ranch dressing. Last cheat day, I had a poboy with bbq chips for lunch, and then for dinner I had ramen, a bowl of cereal and a chicken salad sandwich 💀 not all at once but over the span of a few hours.
My next cheat meal that I have planned includes a gyro with fries, dolmades, spanakopita, and something for dessert, haven’t decided yet but probably a slice of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting 🤤
I only do a full cheat day once a month. Otherwise it’s a cheat meal. Not tryna gain a lot of weight in one day when I’ve worked so hard to get it off lollll

i love looking at the rock's cheat meals but i could never afford them much less eat them without getting sick < / 3
I tend to have a donner kebab or something, like that and occasionally, a veggie sizzler from Pizza Hut.
I don't tend to have a whole cheat day though, just a meal on Saturday night and if there's any left over, I'll finish it off on Sunday night.
I just tend to make some fries at home, put it in some buns, along with the donner, add some chilli sauce and eat.
I could eat fries all day, if I were to just have that, but I feel like the buns (teacake) will help fill me up more and eating more of that at the expense of less fries, isn't as bad for you, plus I doubt bread is as unhealthy as some may make it out to be.
Carbs or alcohol.
The grain-based stuff that I normally avoid like plague, mainly pizza, various sandwiches/burgers, panini, crostini, bruschette, and when it gets really dirty I may even have potato-based dishes.

Now I feel like going out and buying them.
Oh gosh, let's see:
Breakfast is usually pancakes topped with whip cream or ice cream, sprinkles, and syrup... with a side of bacon. Lunch or dinner is pizza (homemade or take out), or a burger and fries. With some ice cream for dessert.
Then I feel really bad and exercise it off the following day, LOLMy cheat day is only really a cheat day because my boyfriend isn't home so it's just easier to order take out. I usually get Turkish food, though last week I got a variety of appetizers summer rolls, fried prawns and chicken skewers 🤤
This vegan breakfast burrito from my local coffee shop. It has scrambled tofu, vegan cheese, hash browns, mushrooms, avocado and salsa. It’s so good.

Every day is a cheat day for me, but if I eat more calories than I normally do, I just exercise more.
Well I guess it depends on what your favorite food is... For me it would probably be either Chinese food, pizza or a hamburger

i don't do cheat days. i mean "cheat day" implies that you're on a diet. "if" i do a diet, i'll go keto diet, cause that's the most effective. one cheat day can mess up several weeks of work in keto diet.

Having a cheat day kinda defeats the point of a diet.
I'm really fond of something cheesy, smokey with lots so spices in it. I'd go with tacos and pulled barbecued pork/beef. Southern US food in particular.
