I probably make ham 4-6 times a year, but always for Christmas Eve dinner, where we do spiral-cut honey ham and scalloped potatoes.

I also do pork (and occasionally beef) ribs throughout the warmer months. Pork ribs with some King's Hawaiian is hard to beat!
