Do you drink cocktails with gin?

I realize after many years behind the bar the only cocktails I really ever used gin in was long Island iced teas, Negroni, Gin and tonic for the older ladies, and a rare Tom Collins. What's your Gin drink of choice?

There big in a couple states I've been to but they will only give you two or three, then cut you off. Applebee's, the Chancery and Charcoal Grill are just a few chains that have that rule.

@TheSmellOfVictoria yep in certain states if you really get to the nitty gritty the proper form of the drink is illegal since it's essentially five shots in one.

No kidding? I've never had one but clients I take out will have one before dinner and waitresses will tell them, "we can only order you two" or three... I always thought it was house rules.
