Would you consider gin and tonics and vodka sodas?

Okay i have heard a lot of people saying gin and tonics and vodka sodas are girly drinks. But i think they are just pretty basic drinks and i dont see how they are any more girly then jack and cokes or rum and cokes.

No way, not girly. I'm a woman and I drink these, but I've seen lots of men too. You know what's masculine/hot? When a man orders them specifically with their favourite liquors, not just the house whatever. Like, for gin, I like Hendricks or Bombay Sapphire or Beefeater (but Beefeater, the cheapest, is my fav.) Shows a refined palette.

Nah. I'm primarily a whiskey guy but I do enjoy a gin & tonic or two (or 9) when it gets hot in the summertime.

It's a good drink in a dive bar, too - the tonic water masks the taste of cheap booze.

I wouldn’t consider them girly drinks at all. Usually girly drinks have an abundance of fruit juice.
