I don’t have an exclusive methodology for eating any fruits per se. I tend to slice apples into wedges and eat them by hand. I always peel kiwis and bananas. I usually slice watermelon into bite sized pieces, but i may use a fork or i may not.
If i make a smoothie, i always use a straw. But it wouldn’t go to waste if i forgot the straw.
I prefer eating things like melon, pineapple and mango with a fork once they are cut into chunks. I hate juice dripping all over me.
Pineapple and Watermelon are some major ones. As a kid we used to eat triangular water melons where you slice them into thin pieces and eat them by gripping the edges, but now we always eat them cubed because the triangles can still spill more than the fork and cube version.
I use a knife for most fruits with exception of strawberries, cherries or grapes.
I relate to your preference for using utensils with certain fruits. ⛏️ When I was in Japan, I enjoyed a perfectly ripe watermelon cut into bite-sized pieces using a fork to savor every juicy morsel. Using utensils helps maintain that juicy explosion while keeping things tidy. The same goes for outdoor picnics in Italy, where juicy peaches are blissfully enjoyed with spoons. Using utensils often allows for a more refined tasting experience, preserving the essence of the fruit without making a mess. 🍉🍑

Berries. Mango. Kiwi. Sliced watermelon, melon, honeydew. Peaches. Nectarines. Pineapple. Etc Etc Etc. I think I eat most fruits with either a fork or a tea spoon.
I can't think of a fruit that requires utensils. I sometimes eat juicy fruits with a fork or spoon, but also eat them by hand.
I usually eat avocado (guacamole or whole) with a fork while eating my food.
I also eat banana with oatmeal
Lately I have been cutting up watermelon and eating it with a fork.
None unless it's stewed. Other than that I sometimes eat with a spoon, sometimes not 🤷
Wet ones like pineapple melon ONLY if it's not still in it's skin. I prefer those fruits with their outer skin on as holding a fruit and chewing it is a more base feeling
Well I'll eat watermelon with a fork if it's cut into cubes but if it's cut in triangles I'll eat it with my hands
Kiwi fruit / Chinese Gooseberry. Slippery little suckers.
Usually watermelon and melon are eaten with a fork, but I eat the fruits with my hands.
I prefer eating by hands, but sometimes I eat watermelons and melons with a fork.
I don't eat fruit I'd need utensils for, generally.
I mostly just eat berries.
I don’t think anyone can eat melons or pineapple without cutting them
everything besides grapes, oranges and peaches and apples and bananas,
Pineapple chunks, sliced mangoes, canned apricots/peaches...
Most of fruits, unless banana.
What do you do with the banana? Sorry it is a crude joke but it was just too tempting not to make. Peace friend.
Mango, pineapple, watermelon, pomegranate
Maybe a kiwi. I use a spoon sometimes.
Melon definitely gets the silver fork treatment

@purplepoppy Watermelon, melon,
