What is something that was super hard for you to cook, but you finally managed to do it, and it turned out great.
I wanted to make a soufflé, but the ones I made kept failing to rise, and when one finally did, it was magical.

The best thing I ever cooked was a rib roast. The damn thing cost over a hundred bucks and I would have felt stupid if I ruined it. It came out awesome even though I purposely kept it in for a little bit longer than specified because I always felt that Prime Rib is usually undercooked. This reminds me- I have one in the freezer that I may have for the 4th of July.
I mastered making pancakes :D

One of my proudest culinary achievements was mastering the art of making homemade sushi. It was a journey of patience and precision, particularly when it came to perfectly seasoning the rice and slicing the fish just right. The first time I nailed it, it was like a symphony of flavors and textures coming together perfectly. Sharing it with friends felt like offering a piece of Japan on a plate. 🍣✨
