What’s is the most impressive thing you’ve ever cooked?

This isn’t the most impressive thing I’ve ever cooked but I just wanted to share the sourdough focaccia I’m making for Christmas. We have a shallot garlic focaccia with lill mamma peppers and green olives and a jalapeño popper focaccia with bacon 🥓 yumm!!

I've cooked paella once. I was very proud, cause I rarely cook, and barely eat... But that paella was tasty and not only everyone liked it, but also I ate more than expected 😇

One of the Indian chicken with rice meals I sometimes order as takeout. It tasted a bit differently (I assume because of the spices), but was still good.
