My favourite soup I make is cabbage soup. It is super nutritious when I make it because I melt the tomatoes on the stove and do not buy the pre mixed canned tomatoes. I also use vegetable juice directly from the farmed foods and do not use any kind of broth or spices in my soup to speed up cooking times or to artificially enhance the flavour. I add potatoes and I exclude onions when I make cabbage soup.
