I love to cook. My mum made sure of it. I can hear her now "don't say you can't cook, as long as you can read and you have a tongue in your mouth you can cook"

Some of my favorites are:

Chicken curry

Roast chicken, mashed potatoes gravy, yorkshire pudding vegetables

Fried rice

Lasagna

Lasagna soup leek and lentil soup. Lots of soup lol

Chicken Kiev

Anything potato

Stew duck or as my mum called it bungee duck

Roti

Roasted eggplant. It's so good with spaghetti

I vould go on and on. If I see a recipe I like I'll save it and to try it later. The same extends to baking. When I move in with my man, he is going to be well fed

I used to think so, but the constant complaints from my kids have worn me down over the years. I make all sorts of dishes, but one of my favorites is chicken and dumplings. The entire family likes it too, so that’s a plus. 😋

My mother and grandmother taught me. And as for the dishes you like to make can you narrow it down to 3 or 4

Alright. My guilty pleasure would be my mom’s homemade fettuccine alfredo. It’s soooo bad for you lol. But so good. I mastered that recipe for good reason.

Another that is delicious one is “chopped cheese” which is a NYC specialty. It’s like a burger only not exactly a normal burger.

Erie PA Greek sauce. Omg.

My all time fave to make and healthiest is fresh chicken caesar salad. When I mean fresh, I mean the dressing from scratch too.
