My wife makes it on occasion in her ice cream maker, but I let her eat it because I don't care for hers. Her reason for making ice cream is to make it "healthy". I don't think she uses thick cream and she cuts back on sugar and uses organic sugar substitutes.
So her ice cream isn't as sweet as I like it and it isn't thick and creamy.

I usually buy Häagan Dazs. It has the best ingredients and fewest additives.
