I never had anything with high concentrations of pumpkin except the pumpkin curry which we eat with fried flatbreads called Puri here in India so I don't know how I'll react to it. But it does look good on the photos.

I don't think I ever ate pumpkin just by itself. The only pumpkin related things I've tried are pumpkin pie and pumpkin spice coffee. It's alright.
