People do tell me that, but I think it's just my secret ingredient. I really like the taste of cumin and I feel like that's a underrated spice in mg surrounding, so they're stunned everytime I cook something.
But everyone should be able to cook pretty well right? We all have been building with legos, we should be able to follow a recipe.
I'm usually pretty good at it, especially with woodstove cooking tho 1 time I made a batch of baked beans so bad my dog wouldn't even eat them. 🤣
Yes , I have more than a few dishes that have been complimented many times over the years and I really like preparing food my friends and family.
I can cook stuff but not through understanding. A recipe is easy for me to follow and once into it I can do wee things to make it different.
Cooking is an art form that I've passionately cultivated over the years. Exploring diverse culinary landscapes has been an exhilarating journey. From crafting delicate Japanese sushi to perfecting an Italian risotto, I've ventured through various kitchens worldwide. Each dish I create is infused with stories and adventures I've experienced, making cooking both a personal and global exploration. 🍜✨

Yeah, I learned to cook as a teen / 20 something. I think every guy should learn nutrition and cooking as an adult. Any adult male who can't feed himself is not a man IMHO. I do meats, fish, poultry, and eggs, grilled, baked, fried. I do veggies baked, roasted, grilled, and raw (salads, coleslaw). I can do soups from scratch, seafood stew, beef vegetable, chili, Hyderabad lime soup. I can do sauces, tomato, Hollandaise, Bearnaise, but I do resort to pre packaged dry mixes sometimes. I can make pizza and omelets.
Until recently, I've been very lucky to rarely have to cook throughout my entire life.
My Mom, and then my wife, have cheerfully and wonderfully handled that chore for me.
I never had any interest in cooking, although in recent years I've greatly enjoyed watching cooking shows on TV.
I am pretty proud of my ability to make a heck of a really good grilled cheese sandwich, but that's about it.
I've known for many years that cooking is torture to my back, so I've avoided cooking at all costs.
My wife is now in the late stages of glioblastoma brain cancer.
So, I've recently entered a very steep learning curve in cooking.
I'm better at it than I thought I'd be, but man, cooking is horribly painful for me.
Wish me luck.
Cheers to you!
Yeah however it's nerve wracking if under pressure for others or a unfamiliar time cooking.
"I've always eaten this, first time making this*
I thought I was decent at it until I met people that can actually cook lol
Yes, I do stake, chicken, salmon evan teriyaki at home:)
I am not a chef but I can prepare food that is edible.
I'm good at cooking for me. Others don't agree.
I've never cooked overalls but I'm fairly good with meat and loads of other things.
My family & friends say I am a very good cook.
I can hold my own.
I don't use recipes, if I want to eat something, I just make it up in my head and run with it.
So far so good.
I’m good at cooking for myself. As for others…… I’d rather not 😆
I’m learning took classes. My mom and grandmother didn’t let me in the kitchen.
I have had no complaints.
