Daily meal you prefer to skip, and for what reasons?

I usually try not to skip meals. I don't because not only it's not good for my health but it's also not good for the people around me. As they wouldn't like me when I'm hangry 😂

Brunch. Rarely have that. I can skip lunch, if necessary.
I usually skip breakfast, a habit formed during my travels. I often find myself waking up early to chase culinary adventures, and sometimes breakfast is sacrificed for the anticipation of an early lunch or street food tasting. During my trip to Tokyo, my mornings included exploring bustling fish markets rather than sitting down for breakfast. The adrenaline of discovery often fuels me more than a traditional breakfast ever could. 🍣āØ

Lunch.
I have a light breakfast, then drink 24 oz of home made coffee throughout the day. That tides me over to dinner. Dinner is my main meal of the day.
i would say i usually donāt eat before 12 pm unless if i wake up still high from my medication. I skip lunch too on days where i donāt work as i just donāt feel hungry most of the time, i would say dinner is one thing i skip the least, and also supper lol
No skipping or missing out on any meals with nutrients... lets just say the human brain needs it carbon (carbs) for it to function. I eat what the preference is for the cells and that is carbohydrates. It is better for your mood to not skip either.
I say breakfast, but I need to clarify. I rarely eat a big breakfast. I might make some eggs or French toast on the weekends, no big spread though. During the week I don't skip breakfast altogether, but I'll have a yogurt and or a piece of fruit or similar.
I eat once a day, maybe, sometimes less.
It could be consumed at any hour of the day or night.
In my younger working days, lunch was usually the meal of the day, with possibly an evening meal, also.
Now long retired, it doesn't really matter when I might choose to eat.
I haven't eaten breakfast in going on 25 years, and I rarely eat lunch. The thought of food first thing in the morning turns my stomach. It doesn't help that I don't like just about all breakfast foods.
I'd say brunch because I have everything I need at breakfast so I don't really need to have anything between breakfast and lunch.
I skip breakfast. Often I am nauseous when I first get up. It takes a few hours until my stomach feels settled.
Breakfast. I just want to start the day with chilling not having to cook for myself and I don't get hungry until lunch
Or sometimes I make breakfast at night and eat it tomorrow.
Also nobody skips supper because that's usually when people arrive home from work exhausted and hungry.
Almost always skip breakfast. My appetite is extremely low in the morning and also pretty low right after a workout.
I almost never skip a meal. The only time I would is if I had a really big breakfast then I might skip lunch.
I may sleep in later on some days, but my breakfast/brunch/lunch on those days will always be a substantial meal with a decent amount of protein.
Mostly i only eat twice a day.
Breakfast and lunch
I rarely skip a meal but when I do it's usually lunch. Because I'm busy.
I really only eat dinner. I was told that I have to eat at least one meal a day, as opposed to eating a meal only when I get hungry (about once every 2 days).
I often skip breakfast because I just donāt have the time
Some days if I am very busy I may skip lunch.
I wake up at 6:30am every day and don't eat til 12pm
