COCONUT EVERYDAY!
My dad always goes for a walk with all the old men in our neighborhood and they walk around the golf club and the park. Now they have this ritual that everyday one of them must treat everyone with fresh coconut water. And my dad separately buys some coconut, the one with some coconut flesh and lots of water for me, my mom and my sister. By the time he reaches home, my mom is working out and I'm studying and my sister... well she's the different one, she is either sleeping or sitting on the bed trying to wake up with her eyes open.
So my dad will cut the coconut, serve us the coconut water in glasses and hand-feed us some coconut flesh as we're doing our own business.
I was annoyed by this ritual when it first started (when lockdown was over) but now it has grown up on me and this question just made me realise it's something I'll miss when I go to college.

I eat bananas, grapefruit, pineapple and strawberries very regularly. In the summer I add watermelon and cantaloupe to the menu

My main favorites are CHERRIES lol
Pineapples, Grapes, Kiwi, Persimmons, Bananas, Peaches, Plums, Watermelon, Grapefruit, Oranges, Tangerines, Figs, Pomegranates, Mangos
I normally donโt eat much fruit but lately my son has been fussy with food so Iโve been stealing his fruit, haha. Each week I've been eating Kiwifruit, apples, bananas, and occasionally oranges.
Oranges and bananas are my almost daily fruit and sometimes pears but it depends what is available at lunch.
