Near Fayettville (sp) there is a Wiener works, Pretty good Dogs but for the size of the place I expected more. Sheetz has some of the best, Gutbusters. Have Mercy. but a good burger is hard to beat. Burgers and Dogs are both messy when pushed to the Limit and that is the way they are best. I started eating more Dogs up North in New Bedford, Mass and Acushnet. Mustard, Onions, Pickle Relish and Celery Salt. Two Dogs a bag of chips and a Drink for 6 bucks. The Hot Stands were busy.

I prefer angus beef hotdogs with ketchup. I like them more microwaved instead of boiled because it takes more of the fat juices out of it and tastes better. Of course BBQ with briquets tastes the best though. I like hamburgers, but hotdogs are quicker and easier to prepare and less messy too. I can use paper plates with hotdogs and don't have to dirty a pan to fry it on unlike hamburgers. I still have to dirty/use a strainer though in the deep fryer for fries or tater tots.

Easily hamburgers. On top of being healthier (anything with sausage is not healthy), you have a lot more flexibility with how you can build a burger than a hot dog

  Krautdogs with a hot mustard. Story: my wife and I got a Hotdog electrocuter for a wedding gift. It was a tray with metal probes on both side. You stuck about 4 dogs on it at once, slid the tray into the power station and plugged them in They always had a burnt protein smell and taste.
