I love Indian (south Asian) cuisine.

My most favourite dishes are biriyani, rice and gravy.

Italian food is my favorite even though much of the foods associated with Italy were not created there but perfected.

Like the Sicilian pizza toasted sandwiches at Jimmy John's, definitely my favorite, and I hate to see it go. Maybe it'll come back, but yeah, Italian food is national pride and heritage on a plate which is quite delicious.

All time favorite is chicken parmesan with spaghetti.

Every day foods, I really don't make plates for myself much, I just stick to grilled chicken breast, portobello mushrooms, vegetables and all that but I want to take up cooking and make that my new hobby. So I'll definitely be entering the culinary world in a much deeper way

US south western, heavy Mexican influence, mostly typical American cuisine. Mexicans are sometimes surprised I know what a quesadilla is but we're right on the border we all grew up eating that stuff.
