Trending & News I typically get stomach pains in the morning, so breakfast is light, lunch is heavy, and dinner is light. I find lunch sets me up for the afternoon, and is typically when Im most hungry. In the morning I have my most carb heavy meal with minimal protein. Ill have a bowl of cereal or oatmeal, with an egg on the side. Lunch then consists of whole proteins, like chicken, with some dairy (fat) and more fibre. Then dinner is on the lighter side, but still contains proteins, but in smaller quantities. Then before bed I have a small bowl of oatmeal, I find that it helps prevent low blood sugars throughout the night and the fat helps maintain steady levels (Im a type one diabetic).
Breakfast. You're literally breaking your fast. Anyway, I always have to have breakfast in the morning. Otherwise, I'll be dysfunctional (and sick) for the rest of the day.
For me all 3 are im on the go all the time I like to eat a good big breakfast 6 am and by 10 am im hungry I could eat a lunch. And by 12 noon I would eat another lunch. And at 6 pm have dinner. And 10 pm 11 pm eat another dinner I burb energy all day long
I never eat breakfast, mainly because I fill up on coffee. Also, eating that soon after waking up doesn't agree with me. I eat the most for lunch, because my hunger from not eating lunch catches up to me and I eat enough to keep me going until dinner.
For me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day 🥐
When I travel, that first meal sets the tone. A strong espresso and cornetto in Rome or miso soup, rice, and grilled fish in Tokyo give steady energy and focus. Breakfast feels like a quiet ritual, a moment to wake up the senses and prepare the palate for the day’s culinary adventures.

Probably breakfast which for me is around lunch time for many people. I try to eat twice a day. In the morning I'll have coffee and that's it. Around noon I'll eat my first meal. If I break my fast with something really nutritional, I feel good all day until dinner.
The last time I ate breakfast I was around 12 years old.
I eat lunch about 3 or 4 times a year, and that is only for work functions, so it is kind of expected.
Lunch.. because it’s in the middle of the day, it’ll give me energy the rest of the day and on my days off I’ll have time to cook one of my favorite meals
Always gotta have breakfast, ideally within an hour of waking up. Helps jumpstart the metabolism in the body, which sets up your energy for the rest of the day
Breakfast is great and all but I usually eat enough at dinner that it fuels me till dinner the next day.
Have to fill your tank in the morning so you can function. And breakfast is also the easiest meal to assemble.
The one Im having now:)
due to age, I reduce back to less, sometimes skip breafast, so that be lunch.
Considering I sometimes skip breakfast or lunch, dinner must be most important. I rarely skip dinner.
It's the evening meal for me. I'm not a huge fan of breakfast and I don't usually eat lunch. So I get most of my calories and nutrition from my evening meal. It's not some fitness or health thing. It's just what suits me.
Gives you energy for the day.
Then dinner.
You don't need lunch.
None of that shit... I just eat when I feel like it.
Probably lunch for me. I eat a small something for breakfast. Lunch is a bigger meal for me.
It depends if I'm intending to do a full day of physical labour. if I am I will have a full breakfest, with snacks for lunch and dinner
I know people say breakfast but I often don't eat breakfast so I say dinner
Eat like a king at breakfast, prince at lunch, and a pauper for supper.
For me it's usually lunch, it's the main meal of the day.
Dr. Oz said that you should eat something as soon as you wake up. It starts your metabolism
Because it's good to get morning fuel and start ou right!
I only eat the one a day and it is always dinner.
Dinner, I can skip the others
