Make your old butter silly.
Buy heavy cream from reputable farms. Shake it very hard… u get butter.
My first grader can do it.

If my 6/7 yr old students can do it… u can… it literally takes 5-10 minutes of shaking and you have a week worth of butter… so fresh and delicious… but the cream haze to be from good cows.

Just drive by a dairy farm that sells these… get the meat, eggs, butter, milk…. Etc…. Then you are all set. No need to ship in big box commercialized markets that sells bad processed stuff.

I buy real butter only. I can feel the texture is different in my mouth 👄 like it's greasy. Real salted butter has a little bite of the saltier flavor to it.
