I’m definitely more of a coffee person ☕. Early kitchen mornings for me start with a rich espresso, Italian-style, short and intense. It reminds me of small bars in Rome where locals sip quickly and move on. Still, I love a good Japanese sencha in the afternoon, especially with wagashi, when I want something calmer and more meditative 🍵.
