Lays vs Pringles: which chips do you actually prefer and why?

Lays chanterelles in sour cream were tasty but aren't available anymore, other chips aren't my case. Pringles are like salt sticks, once you start you can't stop eating them.

Lays we don't have here but I guess it's similar to Walkers. They're pretty good bog standard crisps I think.

Pringles is not a chip, or rather, it's not a potato chip. There is absolutely zero potatoes in a Pringle. Lays isn't much better. They both suck.

You're correct. I shouldn't have assumed the element of food. When I hear the word "chip", I think real food, like potato, or corn, or something like that. So I'll stick with "they both suck and I prefer neither". LOL

I lean toward Pringles 🥔. The uniform shape makes them fun to snack on, and the texture is crisp but not too greasy. Flavors like Sour Cream & Onion or Paprika feel more balanced and less salty to me. Lays can be great with sandwiches, but they sometimes feel too oily and fragile, especially in hot weather.

I like Lays. They are made from real potatoes. The ingredients are potatoes, vegetable oil and salt. Nobody knows whats in Pringles.
