A big complaint is prices have really soared pushing a once cheap meal out of the reach of many people.
So here's a cheap meal deal to fill yer bellies from a local chippy. But which option you going for?

I often get Fish and Chips as I really enjoy them. I have had some bad ones but the best I have had are: drum roll please, at number 3, in London. Number 2, in Copenhagen Denmark and number 1 a place called Meg O’Mally’s in Florida, not too far from I-95. $23 gets you a very large portion of Fish and Chips, perhaps it counts as a double order. No Faggots for sale though, perhaps in Miami - South Beach.
Oh, I'd get one of each although I could skip the "chips" and peas.
For those (like me) who don't/didn't know:
"Faggots are a traditional, hearty British meatball made primarily from minced pork offal (such as liver, heart, and belly meat) mixed with onions, breadcrumbs, and herbs. Baked in a rich onion gravy, they are a quintessential comfort food in Wales and the English Midlands."
Well I don’t like seafood except tuna fish out of the can and New England clam chowder. Its real good in America. I’m certainly not gonna buy the faggots item. If you know what I mean, in America that means a different thing that word. So I’ll take the fish and chips

It’s all about fish in my world & I would love fish tacos right about now.
As for the second option, NO THANKS! I’LL PASS.
I've had both, both are tasty, but I prefer the cod with chips (or fries as we call them in the US). I'm not that fond of mushy peas.
Fish and Chips please. I ain't eating no f*****
What's in the second option?
Meat mosty
i want taco bell lol
I take the fish

I’d go straight for the fish and chips 🐟🍟
A good chippy fish, with crisp batter and fluffy chips, always wins my heart. It reminds me of seaside dinners on windy British coasts, vinegar in the air and fingers greasy with joy. Faggots and chips are tasty, but for national fish and chips day, the classic feels absolutely right.
