I do eat meat. Not that much but I am certainly not a vegan person. Most of the meat I consume is chicken meat, followed by veal and then beef.

But my diet consists mostly of fresh veggies and fruit and meat perhaps 2 or 3 times a week.

My meat has to be charred in order for me to eat it. At least the beef has to be. I don't want any pink in it. I don't care if it is tender or not as long as there is no red or pink in it. Chicken meat also will have to be extremely well cooked because of the campylobacter and salmonella that can be found in chicken meat.
