It was actually oddly good with English muffin heated up with refried beans the melted cheese and salsa. My Grandmother made mexican salsa one time just before my grandfather passed away in the 2000s era.

Wow. Those look really tasty. I would definitely make those and will try to find a recipe. I am sure that they have some on the net. That looks a heck of a lot better than the American mcmuffin which I find kinda gross.
Might have to get the stuff this weekend and give them a shot. That is right up my alley.
I haven’t made any, but I can smoke a mean, rack of ribs and grill A Steak
McMollettes at home sound awesome 😋 I love recreating “travel-only” foods in my kitchen too.
I’ve done Japanese convenience store egg sando with milk bread and Kewpie mayo, and an Italian-style breakfast toast I fell for in Rome with ricotta, honey and pistachios. I also copycat McDonald’s Teriyaki Burger from Japan using homemade teriyaki glaze.
Your grandma’s salsa memory makes that McMmollette even more special ❤️
